Removing marker pen from dsmb?

Hi Guys,
I want to take my dsmb on holiday with me, and whilst it hasn't bothered me during practice that my second hand dsmb has the name Sally on it, it may cause confusion if I need to use it for real in the sea.
I seem to remember seeing a post in the past detailing what is needed to remove black marker pen from dsmb's but can't find it now, can anyone point me in the right direction please?
TIA
Mart

seriously, if you've got a marker pen yourself, try writing over the existing writing, and then rub it off before it dries - the solvent in the ink should dissolve the old writing. You may not get it all off, but you can probably make it less prominent....

mart, Try toluene, available from Halfords, its car paint thinner. Do it outside as it is a potent solvent. Should easily remove permanent marker pen.

So far the nail polish remover hasn't had much impact, I tried it on the bottom bit that isn't really part of the bag that had a handy name written on it, and worked it in, it faded a little but not much, I'll take it to work with me tomorrow and try the marker pen over the existing marker option and if that fails I'm fairly sure that the lads in the car bay can find me some toluene.
Cheers all, I appreciate the response.
Mart

Well, it is cheap stuff and it comes almost from the local gardening store, but it works fine and it's very solid. We tried to destroy one by hitting it with a hammer... we succeeded but we really had to hit it hard - http://www.stde.ch/en/faq.php
