| I have seen lenses that stick to the bottom of the standard mask lenses to give you the equivelent of bifocals. DiveOptx. I got them on t'internet from Canada and the delivery was swift. You have to play around to get the height setting correct, and although not as good as bifocal glasses, I can see the gauges/computer etc. Only use one on LHS and used the other lense in my spare mask. No quips about being mean folks; it works better. Close the left eye and it is clear. £25 ish I think. Jim |

I had my lenses made and fitted to my mask by an optician and he made allowances for use underwater - I dont notice and problems with it - although I must say that in most instances I find it easier to dive with my non prescription mask and contact lenses |

We used adventure divers in enfield (01992 650 674 ask for Daren or Ray)where we bought her mask from they sent it away to somewhere and it was returned in about a fortnight , cost was £70 plus the cost of the mask if you dont have a bad prescription then they may be able to fit the required lenses from stock in the shop and return it quicker. My wife doesnt have any problems with distortion as the lenses are not that further away from her eyes but not sure if this is because the place where the mask goes makes adjustments for the distance. | are you looking for the "standard" lenses or the more expensive (but much better) stuck inside ones. unless the stock lenses match your prescription very closely, make sure you get the custom ones, it is well worth the extra cash. My prescription lenses are absolutely the dogs. Also the custom ones can be fitted to any mask with 2 seperate eye glass sections, so you can select the best mask for you, rather than the mask for the lenses. John |

| LOOK Mask by Technisub - My LDS stocks a range of lenses for this mask, you just need your most recent prescription & they can fit on the spot. |

| Thanks for the advice guys - but what does 'well gozzy astigmatism' mean - I think I might give the mask a try - i was looking at the plus lenses on sale with Simply Scuba for about 30 quid each - I guess they're the decent ones |

| Your LDS may be able to get it done for you When I got my mask (Oceanic 4site), I just took the perscription (astigmatism, bat-like short-sightedness) in & they had an optician who made & fitted them into the mask. The cost (from memory) was around £100-110, about £70 for the lenses & around £35 for the mask. (looking at the milk-bottle tops fitted inside the mask makes me grateful for the advances in high density plastics that i can use for my normal specs now tim |
