Passport (SeaQuest / Aqualung) or Scubapro Glide series (I can't remember the model no. but one of them is a striped down wing thing with absolutely nothing on it - light as anything).

Without question, for all round ability - the Buddy Travel Wing. Light, bright and bomb-proof

or any lightweight travel wing - probably a max of 30lb lift (for single cylinders) - try OMS or diverite
PLUS either
1) ali/abs backplate
2) harness arrangement such as OMS IQ pack or diverite transpack - really easy for travelling

If you already dive a wing (or are likely to in the next year) - then this is better option, otherwise go with Ron's suggestion - buddy is around £170 (subject to tralwing round dive shops)

which size buddy travel wing do you use 13 or 16 kg lift?

i've used the 13kg model - but not the larger one - do you use with twins ever, say 10's (with twinning blocks)

just wanted to know, if it's really appropriate to use with 35lbs of lift

vid

thanks for being so understanding and for your patience

My Tekwing has 16Kg of lift, so long as you dont fully inflate at the surface its fine with a single, I am using it with twin 10's at the mo, plus a 3L side slung.
I should imagine a Travel wing would be similar. I cant actually see the benefits of buying a 16Kg lift Travel wing over a Tekwing, their physical weights must be very similar as they both have abs b/p etc.

HTH

is that an old version of the Tekwing, as the latest model is over 22kg lift (or almost 50lb)
