Metalsub for me. Has the advantage of being able to leave half on the BCD Camband & then being able to switch cylinders without having to buy any additional halves.

Pony clamp systems

If your'e going to use the bag, it might be worth thinking about cutting out the little metal washer on the bottom.
I've found they tend to go rusty & start to eat into the bottom of the cylinder.
It's happened on more than one make.

Thumbs up pony brackets

i have use a few brands of pony brackets, but the one i would recommend would be the one's from kent tooling.

I had a few clamps that didn't suit me or my kit.

Then a few years back, ( has to be at least 5 - 6 years ago ) . One of my directors and I ( a BIG underwater salvage company ) was working out of Dover when we met John, and his big VANN

Can't remember how many we bought off him there and then but i think we wiped his mobile stock out ........ and never looked back since.

Still as goood today as the day we got them
