Halcyon semi-closed SMB

Hi,

Am looking around for a new semi-closed SMB after carelessly leaving my old one inflated inside the Carlisle Castle last year

I have a Halcyon closed circuit SMB, which is a thing of beauty.

Is the semi-closed version similar? Does it have the SOLAS tape on it? Does it have piece of webbing on it that is only attached at one end, rather than than the dangerous*, reg eating hoop of webbing everyone else uses?

In the pictures it looks like a generic SMB which makes it very very overpriced, rather than just overpriced. In which case, I can buy a buddy one for £25 and have to modify the webbing myself.

Cheers,
dan

*my opinion, anyway.
