Halycon Proteus 3 Bulb needed urgently
I am desperate to get a bulb for a Halycon Proteus 3 10w focusable torch by tuesday.

Does anyone have any ides where I can get one from or does anyone have a spare bulb they would sell me please?

How far are you prepared to travel? Or where are you diving?

With the bank holiday any mail order is out. Try the Halcyon website (halcyon.net i think) and there should be a list of shops - see if you can find one that you can get to. Only thing I can think of.

I live in Orpington which is Kent / SE London borders.

Diving in Plymouth Wednesday

Will drive quite a way to get a bulb - getting desperate

The nearest one I have found is Portland = 160+ miles from me :-(

Just had a look at the website myself, there's quite a few along the south coast. Depending on when you're travelling might be able to drop in along the way?

Closer to you are Ocean View Diving (Lancing), Wittering Divers (Selsey), Amphibian (W. Northwood) or 2dive4 (Stanstead). And yeah Aquanauts in Plymouth are listed as a Halcyon dealer too. I'd give them a ring though and make sure they've got them in stock.

Haver tried all of those except Amphibian which are closed today

There is a bulb in Weymouth - might try and get it posted

Guess I shouldn't be so bloody un-organised

or keep breaking bulbs LOL

Oooh, risky! Do you trust the Royal Mail that much to get it to you on time? Particularly given that they won't be working monday and so the earliest it would be picked up would be Tuesday, and guessing you'd need to leave very early on the Wednesday if you're diving on the other side of the country...?
