Very true!!
I got a right ear bashing this weekend, when i said i needed to pop to my LDS to pick a couple of cyclinders that were in for test and o2 clean and get them filled with nitrox for a weekends diving. No Problem she said We'll all go Me, Her and the little one so we had a few hours round cannock as well picked up my stuff and got home.
Later that day she picked up a bit of paper off the mantel and said what the hell had I spent £118 quid on!!!
I said she knew the cyclinder test clean and fill, you came with me when i picked them up!
I tried in vain to explain that what it costs i even showed her the itmised bill, it took serval chocolate bars and cup of tea to calm her down.

That's one solution but its just as effective to drink lots of beer as eat chocolate. You can see the mouth moving but what comes out is all a blur
