| Ian, stay away from carbonated drinks on deco. Isotonic drinks in the sachet type containers are good as is the old favourite, bottled still water with the closable nipple. Did you get my mails? Quote:

| I've done it many many times. Ribena do nice squeezy packs with a solid/rigid drinking straw type opening. Slight squeeze on pack (to ensure drink comes out rather than salt water goes in), remove top, replace with thumb, take breath, remove reg, drink, replace reg. I have also got a 'camel pack' that can be bungeed to a stage or back gas tank with a long drinking hose coming over the shoulder. This was great and very easy to use, but my one sometimes allowed salt water in - not nice. Juz

| I have used the squeezy drinks containers with a ridgid straw, put the straw in when you need it, takes a little practice but well worth it. I prefer orange juce, but thats just me. Cardboard cartons dont survive but the plastic liners do. Is the camel back with a bite valve??
