| Big Up to Advanced Diving Products I bought me a nice little compact Custom Divers reel a while ago and decided my AP valves self-sealing DSMB was a little too chunky to attach to my lovely new reel with bungee. On the lookout for something smaller but with a velcro strap to keep it neat, I took Woz's recommendation on a thread a while ago and had a look at Advanced Diving Products. I ordered a '33' DSMB and was very pleased with it's compactness. However, on it's first deployment a few weeks ago, the velcro strap disappeared completely without trace. I got round to emailing them this week and received a response from them the very next day by return. They have sent me a new DSMB by recorded delivery, and a SAE so I can return the old unit for inspection at no cost to myself. Customer service that deserves a recommendation! Thansk guys. Helen xxx

| That is just what happened to mine! I didn't tell themn though - bugger. It is now secured by a loop of bungee. maybe i should give them a call and just le them know that ours is not an isolated incident. Not arsed about getting a velcro strap back, but it is clear they have a problem.

| I must admit Lou, it works just as well wihtout it, and I have mine secured to the reel with bungee - but it shouldn't happen on the first outing! Must be a design fault. Hxxx

| I've got 2 of them and the straps have stayed put, no problem. They are nice and small when rolled up, though... ![]()
