Best ones I've used are the wide band condoms from a company called Jade Medical, they are made by Rochester Medical.

Can't find contact details i'm afraid, sure someone will be along in a moment who can help.

EDIT: Actually the best ones i've used are Bioderm, but they are about a tenner each!

Yep, I second the Rochester medical wide band ones. They're clear silicone and comparatively comfortable to wear.

Jade euro-med sell em and will give you a few free samples of each size to try.

Continence Care Specialists. is their site.

Oh, and those horrible latex ones that come with the Halcyon p-valve - they belong in a bin - Trying to 'squeeze' myself into one left me with quite embarrassing bruises.

Bioderms are bloody evil things, but very effective. Not cheap at about £7 each though.
