Mine lives in the Dive bag, gets a little salt water on it occasionally but no major problems over the last couple of years, normally rinsed if I think on, I doubt it would stand upto salt immersion though

Note: However sharp you think the knife is, Its Sharper !

Hmmm - as you saw yesterday Mal - mine's rusty after diving in saltwater.
