Used mine for the first time today. What a bizarre experience, listening to music underwater, great fun though.
I bolt snapped mine to my left d-ring and this worked fine. It's slightly positive so it floated under my oxter and out of the way, didn't even notice the headphone cables. I think the easiest thing to do, just before surfacing, is to simply turn off the amp to avoid being deafened.
I'd always fancied one of these for my stops but wasn't prepared to pay the silly money they were priced at but at just over 50gbp this was well worth it.
