Hi Roy. This might be hard to find as most combustion gas analyzers can only measure up to 25% O2. For nitrox you'd want to measure O2 up to at least 40%, and up to 100% if you were to start using higher nitrox or oxygen as a deco gas.

If you want to have a look at a nitrox analyser I'll bring an Oxyspy to the club. Your nitrox course should show you different types of analysers and explain the advantages of each one. I'm sure there's also been a recent thread on YD about them.

Ian

I also thought about this, buit on checking my telegan sprint flue gas analyser is only good for up to 25% as combustion will always lower the O2 content so it is not required to measure higher levels of O2, wheras the nitrox analisers are good for up to 100%.
Its not good you just have to bite the bullet and spend some cash, or borrow, beg etc.
I thought the idea was good initially and would save me some cash
Also be carefull as most the combustion analysers pmp gas through them and would probably not like it being put through them under pressure.

I must learn.....diving costs money

Regards
Mark
