Sub Aqua definitely do them as I have one and it definitely fits 300bar threads as I decant into my dil bottle from 300bar cylinders using it. About a tenner as I recall for a nice stainless steel job.

From the photo it looks like a 300BAR one
The reason I say this is because it has the extended tube that is used to stop it fitting on a 232 cylinder.
I cant sea why you would need one on a 232 din valve as all you would need is the screwin adapter that comes with the valve
