The Scuba Store - Ebay Shop

Has anyone ever bought anything from The Scuba Store or and ebay shop called scubadirect ?. They seem to be trading through Sub-Mission Dive School in Stoke On Trent, well that's atleast where the PayPal account is registered too. I bought a S/S Backplate on the 5th and have sent numerous emails but had no contact back from them about delivery of my item. Paid using a Credit Card and PayPal so getting money bak would not be a problem. Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with any of these companies. I plan to call Sub-Mission tomorrow to see what they say.
