Why use stainless bands when a set of these will do the job just as well? You can either mount them 'cave' style (ie. mounted to the side of your back gas cylinders) or 'AG wreck' style (mounted to the side of your backplate)...

More info on different mounting styles...

Smile Thanks

I had a good look at the set up and the belt attachment looks like a flapper! I have a couple of cam bands so I am going to try the alternative and see how I get on
Thanks

To be honest, what method you use does depend a lot of a) the size of argon cylinder you're using and b) the type of diving you're doing. For normal ocean diving, you don't really need a particularly big argon bottle - something like a 1.0ltr will do the job perfectly well and so you can easily get away with the 'AG Wreck Mount' that a lot of the DIR 'Tech' contingent use. For cave, however, you tend to need a larger bottle as the 'saw tooth' style profiles that are common in cave diving tend to put a bigger demand on suit inflation. For this, a 1.5 litre bottle 'cave mounted' onto your back gas cylinders is a better bet...
