DIY DSMB material

Does anyone know where to get material (i.e. the canvas) to make a DIY DSMB?
I shall be deploying the DMSB off of a large McMahon reel.

Obviously this is not a serious project but more of a personal DIY challenge before you all tell me how foolish it is. I've had a search around and can't find anything on the site anywhere.

Thanks

You want polyurethane coated nylon- that's what most are made from. The tricky part will be getting it to stick together- PU is a bugger to glue.

I can think of better DIY projects.

It's not foolish as long as you make 'novelty'-shaped DSMBs

Isn't it usually heat sealed? Also some companies that make canvas awnings etc use ultrasonic welding.

We use a electric seam weding machine on our SMB's to seal them together

What are you trying to manufacture as we might be able to do it for you

As above, some novelty DSMBs. A late night conversation was very imaginative. If I provide plans can you quote me a price and make it? Also can you get various colours of material?

I will see whet we can do on this with regarding colours what are you looking at, as i do not want to purchase a whole roll just for a small bit,

We have in stock RED, YELLOW OR HI VIZ YELLOW (sames as the jackets the work men wear)

I love the snowman but our thoughts weren't quite so pure

I think that our current ideas call for red or pink, purple and white. I take it that a roll is massive.

I'm sure that most of the perverts on this site - yes, there are a couple - have realised what the red/pink and purple are for already.
