New weighting system

I finally got my new weight system put together! Yay!

I call it a D-weight. It's basically a lump of lead that goes between my cylinders like a V-weight, only it's removable - I have to lift the gear up to the people in the RIB at the end of a dive, y'see.

Splendid idea, I love all this DIY stuff , whats a P weight though? new one on me.

I've a little project I haven't yet gotten around to: get some drainpipe or similar 4-6&quot; long, cut into half or thirds lengthways slots for straps of computer, compass etc, couple of bits of bungee to hold it onto you arm and &nbsp;bingo - quick donning instruments cos I get fed up fiddling with straps etc.

P-weight: Melt some lead and pour it into the channel in your steel backplate. Presto, a weight that occupies no space at all!
