I use a 100lbs single bag, bit of a pain to set up with the harness as the webbing is so stiff. But once it is set up them mega comfy. Diverswarehouse offer a supberb service for these wings and also the special tools for fiddling with bag.

Hi Bits

Did you pick up an OMS wing at LIDS? I am thinking of going the same route, probably a 100lb single with an IQ harness.

I presently dive with a traditional BCD, are you a new convert to wings? If so I would be interested to hear what you think &nbsp;of the OMS set up.
