Can anyone tell me about this camera. Or does anyone have one, it looks good value for £399. (its the one you can win in the Dive Mag competition). Although doubt i ill win so will have to buy one.
I want it for clear water eg Red Sea type dives.

I'll be able to tell you soon, just picked one up. It doesn't look like anything special, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Camera is really easy to use and the acrilic housing seems solid enough, although I'm having problems trying to attach a Kowalski video lamp!!

It comes with an 'inner' housing which looks like it'll be useful for filming on the boat or in the rain & I believe the lights are under development at the moment.

All in all, I'm really happy with it, comes in a pelicase so you don't have to worry about transporting it, but I'll be even happier if it survives Scapa in a couple of weeks!!

£430 total.
720hd video, 10Mpix stills, white balance +loads of manual adjustments.

video not as good as the £2000 set ups, but hey 4times cheaper

I got one a couple of weeks back... very simple and very well made housing for the price - unbelievable in fact, I'm waiting for the catch, shrinking or dissolving or summat

The camera is very poor in low light conditions so dive with that in mind and you'll get some nice vid/stills
