| I use one of these when I dive abroad. Multi Dives/day plays havoc with my lugholes. Since I started using this mask - no probs! Downside: You look a prat (I don't care) makes bubble noise VERY loud (eh! What! Speak up!) Cannot fit my MP3 earphones (Honest!) Paul

| If diving around the UK with it I'd recommend buying the hood that goes with it. And yes you look like a prat in one but if you suffer with your ears then they are well worth it. |

If that thing, heavens or whatever forbid, goes wrong what happens to those ears? To put it another way: you've not had a stoved in nose because some idiot kicked you in the face? Thus "compromised" your mask? Inter alia? Cheers, Christian |

| If you wanted to try another method of preventing ear infections you could do what I do. I use Docs Pro Plugs which you can get from musicians shops (although I think that an internet diving shop also stocks them -can't remember which). They have 8 different sizes and you need the correct ones to fit your ear lugs. I've been using them for 3 years now with no ear infections. Prior to that I used to get them a lot. Also, I no longer get a build up of ear wax (yuk) needing syringing. Cheers Lyv |
