Buying random bits

Ok so thinking about getting some random bits and bobs from a fellow YDer, i'm wondering what sort of an offer to put in n wanted to guage some opinions. Thinking about getting the following :-

C4 non rechargable type torch (a few cosmetic scratches)
Trex titanium (never used)
scubapro 100m reel
retractable lanyard

This is about all the info i've got on the kit so far. Dave hasn't given me an idea of how much he'll sell this for n i'm trying to decide how much to offer him. Just been having a look round on t'interweb and have found all the stuff for new for about £160 in total. However, my expertise is how devaluation happens for used kit is pretty limited. So if anyone can give me a hand sorting out a good and fair offer please help.

Cheers James

Prices sound about right, most things work out about 50% of their original cost. There are some obvious exception to that rule like VR£'s
