| Lyvia, I hate to be the one to mention this but are you certain you need one. Are you certain that your cylinders aren't too low or ........... etc etc? You could invert the cylinders? If you look at this thread and ignore the early doubters (like me Fitting a slob knob Bryan

| Hi Finless, I have used the slob knob for the past 3 years and am, on the whole, happy with it. The only issue now is that as the backplate fits closer to the cylinders on the right hand side than on the left, due to the slob hose crossing the left hand cylinders. When I next have the cylinders tested I will ask them to change the angle at which it comes out as suggested in the link you sent me. Thanks for the reply. Lyv |

| The way i always fitted the slob nob was coming down the back of the cylinders. This allows the backplate to sit flush against the cylinders. This does mean if you lie the cylinders on their back it lies on the lead but in the 2years i used one i never had a problem. I then routed it to the right through the ss d-ring on the cylinders as i carry the stages on the left. Hope this helps. |

| I ran my one over the left sholder and down the wing inflate hose. Later i swaped to running it under my arm but that was because thats where my wing inflate ran. ![]() ATB Mark
