| Buddy Verticlip only for 50mm D-rings though it seems, so if yours are 55mm i doubt it's going to work. you could try spot-welding them on to a triglide, or JB Weld it!!! A.

| Mine are 55mm and 6 whole mm thick. None of your poncey thin metal for me. Grrrrrr. If you want it to stick up, pop it in a big vice and knock 10 bells of fcuk out of it with a no.2 Thor* * for those with a non-engineering background, that's a Big Hammer.

| I have it down to a tee now. In the vice, a couple of smacks with a No 2 and jobs done. Of course you can DIY if you have a massive heavy bench and a £500 engineers vice. Tried it once in a home hobby vice. Smashed the vice rather badly. Luckily it wasn't mine.

I did try and buy on off someone on eBay, but they were silly small. i.e. they ere for 50mm webbing, but the D ring bit was small it wasn't any benefit. Though I have just found these: DiveCellar.co.uk and they look like they may be the proper size. It's a pity that JD Weld stuff didn't work Al, it would have saved me a bit more money.
