| I have one of the beaver types which I use to charge my argon bottle from a Nitrox cylinder or to equalise cylinders. To use I just connect the din connectors then open the valve of the higher pressure cylinder....then very slowly crack the valve of the lower pressure cylinder. When they have equalised, shut off both valves, press the spring loaded relief valve, then disconnect the connections. Of course you are playing with high pressure gas so need to be cautious but so long as you are diligent, it's quite safe. HTH Mal |
