Mares Quatros Straps

Want to change the Mares straps to the Beaver Spring straps and am told its dead easy to change them over. However last night I checked to see how the Mares straps came off and although I pulled quite hard they didn't appear to move. Not wanting to screw things up have I missed something or do you have to get them a really good old tug?

I think you just turn the buckle though 90 degrees, so it's sticking up or down from the fin, then it just 'pops' off.

Q. Why did the razorbill raise her bill?

A. So the sea urchin could see her chin!

Yes there is a little plastic nub ... you need to twist them 90 deg to get them off
