| I recieved my from Deepstop.de in Germany.... fully assembled and well packed.... perfectly set up....delivered by UPS spot on. My buddy had a set fully assemble delivered from Ocean Explorers a few weeks back... I don't know who the courier was, but again, undamaged.

| ***UPDATE*** Just received the second set through the post (in parts as requested), put it together and took it to SDS in Sheffield for filling... The left hand pillar valve is not round they say?!? so I try to prove them wrong by trying to screw my reg in to it and would you believe it they were right! I managed to get two threads in before it went stiff and would not turn anymore. ![]() Then they drop the bombshell that even if they could get a filling whip in the valve they would only fill with air because the labels are not satisfactory. Firstly the main label that describes the contents of EANx only has the compressed gas logo on it and should also display 'Oxidizing Agent'. Secondly the O2 clean stickers supplied "Could have been bought off the Internet" i.e. they have no tester name/address/cert number on them. So the short version is I have another damaged set and even if they weren't damaged they would only be 'safe' to fill with air. Does anyone have any suggestions? Andy

2. get UE to send you some 'proper' stickers, or go somewhere else for fills
