Question 3mm Glove Choice

Any particular 3mm gloves I should be on the look out for that are flexible, hard wearing and warm or are all gloves pretty much equal? Scubapro 3mm seem nice.

In 3mm i have used O three gloves and found them a nice glove, but like most 3mm the finger tips will ware out if you scrabble around in wrecks a lot

I use Ralf Tech 2.5mm Power gloves all year round.

Very flexible and very warm for the thickness but they do tend to wear out at the fingertips if you like a scrabble about.

Thumbs up Oceanic

The ones that I use (and would buy again) are 3mm Oceanic kevlar.
Had them for a couple of years with well over 100 dives and are still as new.

What he said. I've had my pair for 5 years now and when they bite the dust, I'll get another pair.

Scubapro

I've been using the 3mm everflex gloves and they fit well, they also have a long snug wrist seal to keep you comfy.

Another vote for Scubapro 3mm everflex gloves, very warm for a 3mm glove and dexterity is really good in them.

I try to dive in 3mm gloves for as long as I can... I have Othree's but my favourite ones are Scubapro Everflex...

Argos. No, really. Easy to get on and off, not so long that they get bunched up around the wrist, nice simple velcro fastening. And the really good bit - you can fold back the ends of the first finger and thumb for delicate work. Agreed, not the most robust glove, but at the price chuck 'em away when they get tatty. Not really warm enough for very cold water either.
