clip on thigh pockets?
has any one used these and any reccomendations.

I could do with an extra thigh pocket, but dont want to go to the trouble of having one glued on as I plan to get a new drysuit at the end of the year.

I plan to clip on to my wight harness of the bottom D ring on my BCD.

I used a Beaver one for a while. Worked quite well except the strap wasn't long enough for my manly thighs. Once I'd extended it it was fine.

I use one of these when diving wet.

Bags & Pouches - Leg Pouch

Clips to bottom D ring and then round leg. I like using it - hardly notice it is there and can stick reel / dsmb & other bits and bobs there.

Bowstone makes loads of other types as well.

I have a thigh pocket from Red Hat Diving Introducing the new Red Hat Diving Maximus wing

He has them on Ebay, item 130220081314

I used one and once I got round the fat thingh thing, I liked it. Really cheap too.

thanks for the help.

I purchased a dive rite clip/strap on thight pocket from S+O in Solihull today. It was a little more then the red hat or bowstone but it was there, I tried it on and it fit my muscular thighs (well me fat thighs).

I can vouch for really cheap, how about free? If you read to the very bottom of the disclaimers etc. on Redhat's Ebay items you'll see that he'll chuck in one for free - you just have to ask

Top bloke - I've just bought a s/steel backplate from him at around a third of the cost of most on the market.
