The reason i ask people to call is sometimes customers are asking for a reel that is not either big enough (line capacity) for the depth they are diving in and have not realised the require a LEFT handed not a RIGHT handed ratchet reel.

Have you thought of offering an engraving option for people when they buy a reel? Like Apple do/did with iPods.

Nick we have done the STAMP option for a few customers who have asked if we can do it.
