The supplier is well aware of import and export restrictions, dealing as he does in military kit to SF's worldwide, the US are not particualrly helpfull (but not banned trade with) when it comes to this country but the UK has absolutely no problems.

Should do. However, a) they will be expensive & b) pretty much anything on the USA restricted export list will also be on the UK list.
