| Need a new dive rib anyone? Already posted as a reply elsewhere, but I feel I just gotta show you this little beast so you can drool over her. http://crave.cnet.com/i/bto/20070514...nd_350x233.jpg Saw one tendering a yacht off Abersoch a few weeks ago, it simply put the wheels down as it approached the shore and drove up the beach - brilliant! The beauty of this little beast is you never need to take your diving kit off it, simply fill it up with freshwater as soon as you get home, leave for a few hours, then take the plug out - Job done! More info here SEALEGS - Amphibious Boats Sealegs Good for 42 knots, $20,000 and a years back order apparently! Last edited by Cyprian : 20-05-08 at 10:39 AM. Reason: Updated link |

| Are the wheels driven or does it need to be towed up the slip once the prop is out of the water? Edit: it can climb a slip and do short distances on land under it's own power. Last edited by machiavelli : 29-05-08 at 09:37 AM. Reason: answer my own question |
