Thumbs up Thumbs up to Diving Products/Kent Tooling & John Perrin

Haven't had a chance to post this before due to being up in Scapa last week

Before I headed up I'd decided due to some kit complications that I needed a new reel - so I gave John a call at Diving Products and after a chat about what I was looking for, a couple of days later a very shiney ratchet reel appeared - something like this, but with 75m of nice yellow line:

The reel is fantastic, easy to use and can be switched to a free-running reel by locking the ratchet handle out - a great design!

Not only did John sort out a nice reel, but when I also asked if they did self-inflating SMB's he offered me the loan of his own personal one which duly arrived with the reel - this was way over and above the level of customer service you'd get with just about anyone else and I just wanted to say a big thanks to John!!!!

Cheers,
Simon
