Apnea Online

Hi there, has anyone used Apnea Online in Jersey before?

I ordered a pair of fins from them a week last Monday & paid for delivery in 2 - 3 business days... nothing seen yet Apparently the fins were shipped on Tuesday. However Apnea don't seem to be able to provide shipping or tracking details as parcel was "sent by Parcel Force".

Any one any experience?

Jayne

Yes, I've used them before and found the communication and service excellent. I also ordered a pair of fins and they arrived about a week later (I think!).

Items posted from Jersey are often held hostage by the Royal Mail until you have paid tax - I was lucky enough to avoid this! Have you tried your local sorting office? I know they are meant to put a card through your door, but I've noticed in the past this isn't always the case

Hope they arrive soon.

I got some Force Fins from them earlier in the year, seem to remember they took slightly longer than I expected, but not too long. Sure they they will turn up any day now.

I've been to the shop in St Helier. Neil, the guy that runs it, is a really nice guy and very helpful.

Never used their mail order service but before Rebreather Spares got forced out of business I found that shipping from Jersey took an extra day or so. However if it's shipped by Parecl Farce then good luck, it's probably on it's way to Armenia, they can't keep track of their own arses despite spending so much time sat on them.
