Am I entitled to a refund
I bought an expensive piece of kit. I dived it once and it developed a problem that was my fault. It still worked when I sent it for repair. The manufacturer "fixed" the problem, no charge. It was returned to me on Thursday and hasn't been dived yet.

So tonight I check that it's working and nothing! The thing won't work at all! So am I entitled to a full refund?

How long ago did you buy it, and how long ago since you had it fixed?
