I think you might also want to add a little disclaimer to this data set to cover your bases. One persons idea of fins fitting is not necessarily anothers.
I have seen people with fins perched halfway down their foot with a claim of a perfect fit, but wondering why they spend half the dive with foot and leg cramp.

That doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with this data, I think its a great place to get started and I think it will mostly be spot on.
