LDS - Good Example

I puchased a halcyon proteus 3 from ocean view in selsey the other day.

For a minimal charge, they sent me a heavy item which arrived very well packed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, they missed out the charger

Hey ho, it happens.

Then I recieved a phone call at 9am on the dot the next morning from Dennis. A very sincere apology and assurances that the charger would go out today and be with me within 24 hours.

Mistakes are OK, it happens. Sorting them out like this is what I want. I shall give Ocean View my business again.
