I presume you don't have to log all the hours on the unit again? Can they set it up so that it's "pre-logged"?

The hours on the primary mean nothing, you do the 50hrs then Kevin gives you the PIN, I hadn't hit the 50 yet, a few more to go.

Why? does it stop you doing deeper depths until you've logged the hours or put in the PIN?

It obviously can't stop you from doing any depth, it just doesn't allow you to put He into your mix, it's the same as a VR3 that only has the Nitrox pin.
