| Drysuit wanted? OK, I admit it, I have been a warm water diver for the last few years, But I want to put that right now. I have done a few dives in Capers, but am looking at more, and some off-shore dives as well. Therefore I need a drysuit. What should I get, Trilaminate? Neoprene? Compressed neoprene? If anyone has one for sale, or can recommend one, my dimensions are as follows; 6'1" tall 33" inside leg Size 11 foot 46" chest Large build I am not looking at spending a fortune as I will still mainly dive in t'Egypt, but a few dives a year here is the plan. Cheers Andy

| I started off with a membrane and after nearly four years of diving cold have just switched to neo and am a total convert. I have stuck 1k extra on but I am overweighted at present and a few more salt-water dips to get me used to the suit should sort that out. If I were diving twins, which I may progress to soon myself, shut-downs would be a problem due to less flexibility than my membrane. The neo doesn't take much longer to dry out, or weigh much heavier wet either (both factors that led me to getting a membrane in the first place, due to living in a flat with no outside space at the time). Each to their own, but that's my twopenneth. HTH Helen x

| If you are mainly a holiday diver i would go for a membrane suit - at least you can then have more opportuity to take it abroad and extend your holiday diving options. I dive a membrane and i can't imagine being tempted by neo for anything more than looks. They are alot nicer in appearance, but that is about it for me.

| If dimensions are a problem most places now do made to measure at not much if anything extra. Trust me - once you've got one you'll dive more than you anticipate!!!! K XX
