There is no demand for 12`s. Been trying to sell a set for a couple of months, for less. personally i`m ready to strip the manifold and bands off and stick the tins in the scrap.

What sort are they?

There is generally a high demand for them if they are well within test, O2 clean if poss and with decent bands and manifold.

Yeah, it was a GI3 thing that's generally seen as a bit pointless these days. And no, I haven't robbed a dive store - I'm just the geezer that my mates tend to dump their second hand dive gear on when they want it sold on. "You're on that YD thing, aren't ya mate? Sell this for me will ya? There's a beer in it for you" seems to be the usual conversation...

The guy that this twinset and the AL80 belonged to is emigrating to Oz in November so he's moving all his cylinders on. Oz valves have to have burst disks on them so he'd have to change the valves and anyway - it doesn't make sense to ship heavy cylinders to Oz when he'd be better off buying new when he gets over there.

There's plenty of demand for *good* twinsets, James - as the set Graham 'Milldog' sold this week demonstrates very well indeed. There's a big difference between a cheap 'n' cheerful twinset (ie. think Custard Divers bands and a Beaver manifold) and a dog's nads twinset (ie. Graham's set and the set I'm selling). Trust me - not all twinsets are created equally...
