Wanted: Otter's Tail

Hi,

Just wondering if any of you guys had an otters tail to fit on the back of my backplate or know where to buy a good/affordable one?

Deepoutdoors do a really nice one...I've got one. About £20 off the shelf at Stoney cove...you haven't got to pay £40+ for a good Beaver Tail.

erm.. [raises an arm in the air] Whats an Otters tail?

For a moment I thought we would have Lou in here protesting.. Its obviously a piece of Dive kit. Its not a tail weight is it?

its a "flap" like section of material which you can attach to the back of your backplate with a couple of clips, then bungee on to it your spare reel and blob plus glow sticks, flag etc etc so helps stow away all the back up kit you don't want floating around infront of your face!

Try contacting Woz - I bought a NAS beaver tail for about £40 a while back. Definitely worth it.

FFS! Whay not make your own. All you need is a bit of hypalon or similar and a ring grommet kit from a sailmakers! Probably end up costing you a fiver.
