Wanted: Ali Backplate
I borrowed an Ali backplate for my MOD 3 from Woz and it's great.

Unfortunately he wants it back. He's not going to get it back, as it truly is a thing of beauty that makes Brave Men (such as myself) Weep.

So does anyone have an Ali backplate he can buy?

l recently bought a diverite alloy plate, which has a flatish profile more suited to a rebreather, if Obi Wozbi Nobi was thinking about an RB this would be a good choice.

J unthread it and stick it in the post with all the clanky kak. One of us has to rethread a backplate and it may as well be you.

Unless someone has a backplate with a double bend in it (so no STA needed) and 3 sets of camband slots. I haven't found one. That's why I designed one.

The major flaw in that plan is that it leaves me without an ali backplate.

Fancy an unused "as new" (fully rigged) halcyon one ? ... costs £134 from Dirdirect ..... I paid £100 and can't see me using it so would sell for £100 if you are interested.
