anyone got one for sale

just lost one today at stabbs

28mts black carrs dropped it at about 25mts

whilst tryig to deploy it cold hands!!

lost reel aswell!!

yea too right

theres a second hand mcmahon on ebay so watching that

got some stick for loosing a reel the size of a car wheel!!

Had a similar experience at Elphinstone last month . Shot the DSMB up was using one of those cheapy 20M spools from E bay. Up goes the blob after about 6 M of blob ascending snap goes the spool line. Bastard. Thing was i could see the blob on the surface and could do bugger all about retrieving it as i watched it float away.
Suppose you get what you pay for i'll have to buy a new blob and invest in a better spool.
Know how you feel matebut it gets better with time

We went out of Eyemouth today with Marine quest, but did the Glanmire first then another dive out of Eyemouth Harbour, shame your skipper didn't let ours know as we were debating over the second dive and could have done Black Carr to hunt for your stuff. Well the rebreather guys could have.

Hops it either gets found and handed in or you get lucky on Ebay.

P.S. I sent up my spare SMB using my new spool, with cold hand and in near zero viz, should've just sent up the crack bottle one. Less faff!

it was really dark at black carrs today
it was like a night dive
was eyemouth the same
