Dover: Taurus, Sunday 20th February

OK, anyone fancy a midwinter trip to the bottom of the English Channel? Andy is willing to take Taurus out on the 20th of February - so all we need now is some brave souls to fill the boat.

The plan is to do a single wreck dive, depth up to 30m. The exact site will be decided on the day, taking Andy's advice on where we are likely to get the best conditions.

The tides are pretty good that weekend ("bloody good neaps" apparently ) and as slack is around midday we will have a civilised start time - ropes off around 11.30 (exact time to be confirmed later).

Andy has offered us the winter rate of £15 per diver for the single dive, with payment to him on the day. For more information on Taurus, and diving around Dover, see his website - http://www.taurusdiving.co.uk/

Normal YD 'trip rules' apply ( http://www.yorkshire-divers.co.uk/fo...ad.php?t=12038 )

Note that this is the day after the big Stoney gig. If you're going to that, this is the perfect opportunity wash some of that nasty puddle mud off your drysuit with some good clean salt water!

Team sheet so far:

1. Tom
2. Ian Murray
3. Ted (to confirm)
4. KimH (to confirm)
5. Mattbin
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.
11.
12.

To book on, just copy this list into a new post and add your name. Let's be having you! More people on the boat means we can huddle together for body warmth!

tom

(p.s. on reflection, maybe the huddling thing is a bad idea... )
