Also at the harbour, the compressor will be running all weekend, both compressors are owned by the same people, both just serviced and giving clean air.

It won't be part of the boat deal Ammers, but we'll be coming back in between dives anyway... you just leave your gear on the boat and carry the bottles up to the harbour car park, the guy in the hut will fill them for you.
Then its hot coffees and bacon butties while taking in the ambience of the whole place...you'll no doubt bump into people you know, I seem to everytime I'm there... then back on the boat for dive two.... Aaaaaah life is good :biggrin:

Hey I've just had a thought seeing as we're staying over, Has anyone done a night dive just off the rocks onto Big Green Carr??? they'll be enuff of us there to have good shore cover and its a very protected dive site... hmmmmm... I've never done a night dive before, we might see all sorts of stuff that you don't see thru the day, plus it'll be really quiet as everyone will have gone home.

Is this a stupid idea or is it viable?

Dave, I'll bring tools so that I can crack the bottles down to a good configuration for you as I have the bands quite high, the best plan is to organise it for one of your shallower dives and I'll stick with you while you try them out for balance, weight etc. I need to go map reading before I go to St. Abbs as I haven't a clue where it is after Edinburgh. What time is everyone arriving?
