Dave's had the rather top idea of a jaunt to this site to dive with the Raggie Sharks and other marine beasties.

I'm good for it, I assume Dave you are, seeing as you punted it, so all we need now is a squad and a date and, er, the place to be available. Who's gonna 'own' the task of doing the checking of availability??

FYI - You have to be (if memory serves) PADI AOW (or equiv) or above. The dives are conducted without fins also.

Roll-up-roll-up, sign your names up for the Great Northern Shark-fest.

Eh, there's nowt like a good press-ganging:) Done deal, I'll sort it. What about dates for you guys? I can pencil in virtually any weekend, assuming we're not diving, or a week day evening, assuming I'm not in the far-flung with work. Late October's out for me as we're in the Maldives.

So come on lads, check those packed social/work diaries and spring forth with dates!!

The first step might be to ring the place and see which dates are actually available Bren as I fear they might be very limited, then it'll just be a matter of letting the gang know and we're just gonna have to bite the bullet and get in when we can... I'll make myself available at anytime, evenings or weekends

Dave.

I'd see just how much it is going to cost you and waht you get for it. Memory serves to tell me that 'we' thought we were being ripped off when we enquired.
I recall over £65.00 for 15 mins.

I seem to think its 40 quid for the shark dive, and 5 quid if anyone wants to tag along and not go in the water.  Which isn't bad compared to the entrance fee...

Not my cup of tea I'm afraid - bit like looking at a goldfish in a bowl rather than diving in the Red Sea - nice gimmick but ......   naaaaaahhhh!
