Something for (almost !) everybody - Inspiration Eastbourne

We have some spaces on the following dives over the next couple of weeks:

Weds Sept 14th

1) Lalen Mendi (32m) 2138 tonner , torpedoed on 17/11/1917 carrying 3110 tons coal 290ft long badly broken but 8m proud in parts – Ropes off 0645

2) Alaunia (31m) 13000 ton Liner – Biggest wreck in Sussex waters – mined in 1916 big big lump – Ropes off at 1315

Sat Sept 17th

1) Lisbon (40m) 1200 ton steamer - Mined on 30/05/1917 - Or is this the Lisbon ? Some of the remains suggest different - Ropes off 0945

2) Lullington (27m) 2816 ton steamer - Mined on 08/02/1917 - Ropes off 1645

Sat Oct 1st

1) Unidentified U-Boat (34m) - Originally thought to be UB130 but it isn't - Very broken - Can you identify it ? - Ropes off 0915

Sun Oct 2nd

1) Engine wreck (21m) - Great dive for trainees or just for a bimble ! - Ropes off 0945

Sat Oct 8th

1) Dive the Pontos (34m) - Our newly identified wreck - unknown for over 100 years but now positively id'd as the 2710 ton Pontos - Sank following collision in 1899 - Ropes off 0815

Sun Oct 9th

1) Rydal Hall (40m) Big lump - sank by torpedo from UC75 on 01/12/1917 - Ropes off 0845

2) Oceana (32m) 8000 ton P&O Liner - sank following collision on 16/03/1912 - Ropes off 1415
