| Time booked off work will try and get up Friday. Only potential spanner in the works is the weather ... it's looking bit wintry to say the least.

| Yes don't know what it will be like over Glencoe, theres always the other route. The shipping forecast last night was horrendous Mull of Kintyre to Ardnamurchan Point. 24 hour forecast: Wind: southeast 6 to gale 8, occasionally severe gale 9 near Tiree. Weather: occasional rain. Visibility: moderate or poor. Sea State: moderate or rough, becoming very rough for a time near Tiree. Outlook for the following 24 hours: Wind: south 6 to gale 8, occasionally severe gale 9 at first in west, backing east 5 or 6. Weather: rain dying out. Visibility: moderate or poor becoming good. Sea State: moderate or rough, occasionally slight later in sheltered eastern waters. If it dies off a bit theres chance of the vis settling.

| Spoken with Alan this morning and all the snow has cleared - he thinks we'll have no problems with travel once we get over the border. He says the weather is good at the moment. As for diving on Friday afternoon, the boat will be at the jetty from 2.00 pm with a view to setting off at 3.00 pm. Tim and I are going to try and make it for then. Alan doesn't want to leave anybody behind who wants to dive so if you are on your way and just running a little bit late you can call him on 07967 419025 and he'll wait for you. See you all there!
