I'd try and borrow A-clamp first stages except that they wouldn't work with the valve guard...

Yeah the boots are staying on my twin set this time. They got scratched to f at Stony. Pete had a set of 12s fail test due to rust on the bottoms where they were scratched being dragged arround without boots on. That put me off a bit

Hee hee - Janos - we can take photos of you and Al.... before and after

Before and after what is another question.... we could put Mark in the middle - sort of a missing link

Don't bring a stage though - you know yours always falls to bits and gets snagged when there is a DIR diver about...

Oh come on boys - let's not give up yet... pray to the weather gods for a sea dive - I've been diving one year exactly this weekend - I cant spend it in a quarry.

Forecast at the mo is.... hmmm..... well I'd dive it but not sure I'd have a buddy

Anyone got a feel for what the weather's doing, we had howling winds and driving rain all night so not looking good. If it's going to get canned and we can get an early decision I can still cancel my leave from work and not waste yet another day this year.
Obviously I'd rather be diving but these midweek jaunts sometimes turn into a logistical nightmare, I usually have to call in a favour or two to swing a Friday off and I'd rather not use them up if I don't need to, especially as I'm trying for two on the trot.

If its a definate no go Steve the skipper would let me know, however if he thinks, which he does, that there's half a chance then he'll leave it untill after he gets the 7pm weather forcast.

I really can't see it happening

It's a F6 on Theyr.

Also the wind has been too strong for too long. Even if it dropped on Friday morning then the waves won't die down instantly.
