The Tuesday Gang - 13th December

Is anyone interested in doing a dive out of Brighton on the "Nauticat" on Tuesday the 13th December?

We feel the Tuesday gang has been suffering (mainly because Spike has not been getting his Tuesdays off....!!) and we would like to rectify this.

The dive time would be about 08h45, so a fairly early start [THE EARLY START IS LEAVING 07H30 FROM BRIGHTON MARINA] depending on how far we go out. I would suggest a dive that is not too far or too deep as the water is going to be cold....

It may be a chance for some of you new RB divers to have a bimble in the sea!! (Blanaid, Howie?)

We will do what suits best!

We generally find the 30-35 metre wrecks fine for December, us OC people don't want to spend tooooooo much time in the water as we get cold.

We just enjoy getting out for a dive in winter and keeping the kit in use!

It would probably be a wreck followed by a scenic drift, and sometimes if the vis is good we do a dive under the pier. We have had some funky dives there before in winter.

Good news Andy - it IS loads of notice - the date I have put up is DECEMBER the 13th! Hope you can make it! Would be good to have you and Chasey along!

Assuming I am not in gainful employment, may I come along.
I will stay over with the outlaws-Tonbridge, and be there in time.

Given the expected water temp max of 30m preferred. Twinset driver, with additional cylinder if required.

BSAC DL, dives in two or threes, not fussy as I am bit of a tart

Diving Friday9th December on the Moldavia but will try and make the 13th.

Water temp is fine at the moment at around 15c Doubt if it will drop much below that by the 13th posably 12 or 13c.

l will come out to play if we can limit the depth to 30mtrs and my mate Steve "The Artist" will come to babysit me unless his daughter comes as well, in which case it'll have to be someone else.......................?
